How we hire
Inventory postings
Most positions with the Canadian Rockies Hot Springs are staffed through inventory postings (a collection of applications used to hire for positions as they become available).
When positions are available, the hiring manager will pull applications out of the inventory. Applicants who meet the qualifications will be contacted for further assessment. If your application is not selected for one position, it remains in the inventory and can be selected again for the duration that the inventory remains open.
Inventories are used to staff both immediate and future position vacancies for a variety of season lengths and tenures (temporary/indeterminate, full-time/part-time/as & when required). Each posting will specify when applications will begin to be extracted from the inventory.
Diversity and inclusion
We strive to provide an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, starting with the hiring process. Let us know if you need accommodations to take a test or participate in an interview. This information will be kept confidential.
